Harmelin has leveraged current resources and invested in new talent to support this offering, including welcoming Alex Mandel to the team as Manager of eCommerce Marketplace Services.  Alex brings extensive experience in managing third-party marketplaces end-to-end with key online retailers, including Amazon, Wayfair, and Walmart. Also supporting the new service is Harmelin’s in-house technology team which includes data scientists, software engineers, business consultants, and analytics specialists.

Leveraging proprietary tools, Harmelin’s eCommerce offering is built into a tech stack designed from the ground up to meet the unique demands of its clients. BriefcaseSM plays host to a number of in-house tools that connect clients’ extensive media activity with the deep value and opportunity of eCommerce.

  • DataHarvestSM facilitates insight by making data from any campaign available for integration in eCommerce initiatives.
  • GeoViewsSM visualizes local sales trends, for comparison to POS activity or to further refine business opportunity.
  • QuickLiftSM powers rapid insight, qualifying the relationship between eCommerce and other business activity at any stage of the path to purchase.

Brands work hard to develop a seamless shopping experience throughout their online and brick-and-mortar presence and Harmelin believes their clients should have a seamless marketing strategy as well.  An integrated approach to marketing and sales is essential, supporting all sales funnels and putting business level insights into action.
