Media Strategist, Programmatic

Grow your Career with Programmatic

We have a diverse group of team members with different backgrounds, life experiences, and hobbies that come together to do innovative work while building meaningful relationships. This is also reflective in our media experience, as our team members originated from backgrounds including digital planning, traditional planning, broadcast buying, research and analytics, and ad operations. Bringing together these unique resumes has created a highly knowledgeable team fluent in multiple branches of media that helps drive our strategy and innovation forward. We strategize, activate, and optimize across multiple verticals including CPG (consumer packaged goods), QSR (quick service restaurants), retail, healthcare, education, and technology products. We have opportunities to work on many brands and services that are household names and driving their business objectives forward is a challenge that we look forward to each day.

Our team is based in Philadelphia with remote team members in Seattle and San Diego as we offer the flexibility to work where you want to live. Prior platform experience is a plus – not a must – as we are open to mentoring and providing platform training to new team members. Rather than fitting in, we embrace belonging and encourage new team members to bring their own unique media experiences and ideas to the table. The right candidate will be passionate and curious, embrace problem solving, and excel in working in channels and environments that are constantly reinventing themselves, where no two days are the same.
