Philadelphia, PA – Dan DeLozier has been promoted to Associate Vice President, Digital Strategy at Harmelin Media, announced Mary Meder, President of the Philadelphia-based media agency.

In his new role, Dan will lead strategic digital planning across the agency, working closely with clients to align media strategies with business goals and deliver measurable results. He will collaborate with Harmelin’s digital planning teams to improve workflow efficiency, campaign quality, and reporting, while advancing the agency’s data-driven performance vision.
Dan will also oversee Harmelin’s Digital Planning Leads, mentor planners across teams, and lead the agency’s training program to ensure knowledge sharing and professional growth. His leadership will help guide innovation as the agency adapts to evolving digital trends.

Prior to his promotion, Dan played a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s digital strategy. He helped found and co-lead the Search team, where he also co-developed the foundation for the agency’s SEO and Analytics offerings. Dan later led the Social team and collaborated closely with the tech team to create multiple efficiency tools that streamlined workflows for the activation team and beyond. During his time in Digital Planning, Dan served as a key planning lead on some of the agency’s largest accounts, including Aspen Dental and UScellular. His expertise and leadership have also contributed to several successful new business pitch wins, and he has represented the agency at industry events with multiple speaking engagements at MediaPost conferences.
