Mary Meder
Mary has led Harmelin Media for over two decades, shaping its growth into one of the most respected independent media agencies in the country.
Mary has driven the agency’s evolution by expanding its offerings into advanced digital, data-driven, and addressable channels. She has championed the integration of emerging capabilities including connected TV, retail media, social commerce, influencer strategy, advanced audience segmentation, machine learning, marketing automation, and AI-assisted media planning and optimization. In addition to innovating client solutions, Mary has initiated numerous programs benefiting the Philadelphia community.

Scott is responsible for driving strategic and profitable growth for the agency through business development, organic client expansion, and new service offerings.
His career spans roles in media planning and buying, client service, account management, as well as oversight of Harmelin’s marketing and technology pillars. Scott brings both big-picture perspective and analytical depth to his work, with a passion for solving complex client challenges, and adapting to the bleeding edge changes across the media industry as well as our clients’ industries.

Jen has worked in all areas of the media business, including account management, strategic planning, buying, and new business.
She currently oversees agency operations, which includes eight client service teams, our Strategic Planning practice, Media Activation, Business Intelligence and Analytics practices, as well as Human Resources. Jen’s focus across Harmelin is to align our clients’ media plans with successful business outcomes while delivering both client and employee satisfaction and retention.

Greg’s brand category experience includes healthcare, retail, packaged goods, travel & tourism, financial, education, automotive, B2B, technology, utilities, and QSR/C-store, with contributions to nearly every major Harmelin account.
