At Harmelin Media, we want to see our employees grow and reach their professional goals. To accomplish this we offer ongoing training, opportunities to advance in all career paths, as well as the ability to transition to different internal teams.
We aim to give all employees a happy, healthy balance between the office and their home lives. Our employees receive an average of 14 paid holidays, summer Fridays, cumulative PTO, work from home days (based on position), as well as a comprehensive wellness program.
Our employees love to give back, and we encourage that spirit of generosity. Through a dedicated committee, Harmelin regularly volunteers with and donates to a variety of charities including Philabundance, Cradles to Crayons, and Ronald McDonald House.
