Harmelin Media Promotes Jen Harlacher to Chief Operating Officer
Philadelphia, PA – Jen Harlacher has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Harmelin Media, announced Mary Meder, President of the Philadelphia-based media agency.
In her new capacity, Jen will assume oversight of Media Services, which encompasses eight specialized account teams, our strategic planning practice, media activation/buying, and critical functions such as technology and human resources.
Having navigated various key roles within Harmelin, including leading strategic planning, account services, and activation, Jen brings a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s intricacies to her role. Her dedication, loyalty, and strategic acumen have been instrumental in shaping Harmelin’s trajectory over the past three decades. She is a proud alumna of Drexel University, where she earned her B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing — a testament to her commitment to excellence in the field.
